I opened Jalbert Insurance after working for other agencies in Billings.

l took a break from insurance to focus on raising my family and helping with my husband’s business (Elite Mechanical). Our grown up kids are all away from home now, either raising their own children or attending college. We now focus our attention on our 2 English Bulldogs (Sassy and Sherman) and our newest member Lola the Frenchie.
In 2023, my friend/former co-worker, Mary Jalbert contacted me and asked me to come back to insurance at Jalbert Insurance. The
timing was perfect, so I got my insurance license again and came to work at Jalbert Insurance agency.

Throughout my time here, I decided that it was time for me to challenge myself, considering the fact that I didn’t want to be so limited on what I could do around the office. I decided to try my hand at becoming licensed. By the end of 2023, I had passed both the property and casualty exams, and I was able to begin the new year as a licensed insurance agent.
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my children, (2 sons and 2 daughters) as well as my other family and friends.
I try to approach each day with an open mind- and knowing that life doesn’t typically care about the plans we make: Instead, we are thrown constant curveballs, and we have to figure out how to deal with these changes without losing ourselves in the process. This is what I love most about working in insurance: Our ability to help our clients solve problems, and to help them find better options when they feel discouraged all hope seems lost.

a Doggy Day care 3 days a week and sometimes more where I get to go on long walks, chase deer, swim and play with my other friends. I have lots of energy so I need to do this 3 days a week because Mary is busy at the Insurance Agency. Sometimes I get to come in at the end of the day to see everyone at the office and I usually am so tired, I just nap until it’s time to go home and eat a big, yummy dinner.
